Tomato & Meatball Orzo

Ingredients
- 12-pack beef meatballs
- 1 large onion
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Corriander
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 150g orzo
- 1 tbsp vegetable gravy granules
Method
- Dice onion, fry in pan (preferably with lid) with garlic until soft
- Add in meatballs and brown
- Once meat browned - add in everything except orzo
- Add 250ml of cold water and orzo
- Simmer very gently for 20 minutes or until the orzo is cooked (note - must be very gentle or it burns), add more boiling water if needed
