Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients
- 3 Chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp corriander
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp tumeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic smush
- Wraps
- Hummus
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
Method
- Mix marinade together, add chicken, mix well
- Leave chicken to marinade in the fridge for between 4 and 24 hours
- Cook chicken in a large dry pan on a high heat, leave for 5 minutes on each side before moving so it develops a crus
- Serve in wraps with hummus and veg
